• How do i get a quote?
  For us to quote you we need a few things:
  • A quick sketch or architects drawing of the stairs
  • The materials you require
  • The type of balustrade you would like

• I don't have an architects drawing, can you help?
  If you don't have an architects drawing but have a basic idea of the staircase you require you can send us a quick sketch from which we could produce an easy to understand CAD drawing for you to approve.
  
  
• What sizes will I need?
  For us to produce a CAD drawing we require the following sizes:
  • Finished floor to finished floor measurements
  • Stairwell measurements
  • Ceiling thickness
    
    
• Could you come and measure my staircase for me?
  Yes, it is possible for one of our experienced staff to come to site, measure and discuss any ideas you may have.
  
  
• What timbers are available?
  We can produce your staircase in any timber you desire. Click here to see commonly used materials and styles.
  
  
• Do you install staircases?
  No, we do not install staircases. However we can reccomend qualified joiners.
  
  
• How long will it take before you deliver my staircase?
  This will depend on the staircase configuration, straight softwood staircases can be manufactured within 48 hours. For other softwood staircases we generally work on a 7-14 day turnaround and 7-28 days for hardwood staircases. This may differ slightly during busy periods. We will call to arrange the delivery with you. If you do have special requirements call us.
