Ideal for loft conversions, when space is of a premium. The going is typically around 1500mm with a width of 650mm as apposed to a standard flight with a going of around 2700mm and a width of 865 (going is dependant on the floor height).

Our space saver stairs use alternate paddle-shape treads and still comply to UK Building Regulations (Part K).

Our standard kit comprises of quality 32mm pine strings & treads. This ensures they are very robust, and withstand the test of time.
